Paul James - Director
Born and bred on a dairy farm in the Tauranga region,
Paul spent his youth hunting, riding dirt bikes and mucking
around with yachts. Adult life saw a stint in the Police Force
followed by a building apprenticeship in Auckland. Paul then
moved back to Tauranga and into business in 2002.
Paul became a Licensed Building Practitioner in 2011 and a
Member of New Zealand Certified Builders Association in 2012.
Paul is currently the Regional President of the Western Bay of Plenty New Zealand Certified Builders Association

Nichola James - Office Manager
Nichola, originally from the North Shore of Auckland, is a
converted Bay of Plenty girl. With a background in office management, Nichola takes care of the office administration and health and safety for Paul James Builders Limited.
Nichola also provides a taxi service to their three busy daughters and Tends to their lifestyle block in the Kaimai Ranges.
