We engaged Paul to erect a small dwelling on our property in 2007 which was completed on time, with no fuss and with a quality finish to the building. There was good communication throughout the building process, with advice given and issues sorted amicably.
We also employed Paul to do the renovation of our 20 year old home. The top story had minor damp issues. This became quite a major rebuild as we altered the floor plan at the same time, as well as adding exterior extensions, re-roofing and re-cladding. The pricing of the job was well laid out and explained. Once again problem solving was done with competence and easy communication. Paul has the ability to "think outside the square", and his workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. The sub-contractors were selected because of the quality of their workmanship.
We are very happy with the end result.
